Easy exchanges and returns
Was it not what you expected, or is the size incorrect? Don’t worry, you have 15 days to return your purchase easily. We accept returns as long as the items are new and unused, with all tags, no signs of wear, and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, used items CANNOT be returned.
How to make a return?
To return one or more products, follow these steps:
- Log in to view your Order History. Within the corresponding order, select "Details", mark the products and quantities you want to return, and click on "Request a Return".
- Return form: Once we process your request, you will be able to see and print the form in the "Returns" section of your account. Print this form and attach it to the package. If you don’t have a printer, write down the return ID number that appears on the form on a piece of paper.
- Shipping the package: Send the products to the address indicated on the return form. We recommend using tracked or certified mail or courier service with receipt confirmation. Standard mail is not advisable as it does not provide tracking.
Condition of items: Ensure the products are in perfect condition, unused (except for fitting) and have not been washed.
Remember that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
As soon as we receive the products at our warehouse, we will process your refund within a maximum of 7 days.
