Our prices and shipping
- Clear pricing: All prices include VAT. Free shipping is exclusive to mainland Spain and Portugal. For other destinations, shipping costs will display once you enter your address.
- Payment methods: We accept debit/credit cards, Bizum (Spain only) and bank transfer. All these methods are secure and trustworthy.

- Spain: Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days.
- Europe: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days.
Holiday seasons, weather, or customs issues may affect delivery times, but we’ll always do our best to meet them. Please note that any additional customs taxes are not our responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
If the product isn’t what you expected, or the size isn’t right, you have 15 days to request a return! Please ensure that all products are in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for manufacturing defects. We’ll process your refund within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 24 hours, and be sure not to dispose of the product, as it will need to be inspected.
