The following general terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and to all sales made on libertadmenstrual.com.
By placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions without reservation. Your agreement to the terms does not require a handwritten signature as the order is placed online. Unless stated otherwise, online records on the LIBERTAD MENSTRUAL website serve as evidence of your orders and payments. Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation by LIBERTAD MENSTRUAL.
The sale contract consists of the applicable terms and conditions at the time of ordering and purchasing. The contract is subject to Spanish law, and the contract language is Spanish. You may modify your details before making a purchase. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the registered office of Xibarix Trend SL.

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, AND GIFTS

If a customer cancels an order that included a gift item, the gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
PRICES
The listed product prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable).
Shipping is free within mainland Spain and Portugal. For other regions and countries, shipping costs will be shown in the cart after entering the shipping address.
The total price, including taxes and shipping costs, will be visible in the final purchase summary. We are not responsible for import taxes or customs duties applied by some countries on incoming international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices on the website may be updated at any time. The prices charged are those valid at the time of ordering. Promotional offers are valid during the periods shown on the website, subject to order confirmation by LIBERTAD MENSTRUAL.

SHIPPING
Shipping is free within mainland Spain and Portugal. For other regions and countries, shipping costs will appear in the cart once the shipping address is provided.
To ensure the best quality service and fastest delivery, shipping is handled by LIBERTAD MENSTRUAL’s collaboration with leading logistics providers. The logistics provider will depend on the delivery address country.
You may modify, cancel, or refund an order as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse. If it has already shipped, you must process a return.
Products purchased via our online store will be shipped to the delivery address provided (home or pickup point) after payment has been received. We process orders the same or next business day in the event of holidays or weekends.
Average shipping time is 1-2 business days for most destinations in Spain and 5-10 days for European shipments. These times are approximate; while we strive to meet them, circumstances like weather incidents, service interruptions, local holidays, and customs delays may occur, which can impact these estimates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return period is 15 calendar days from delivery. If this period expires on a weekend or holiday, it will extend to the next business day. The purchase cannot be returned or refunded after 15 days from receipt.
WARRANTY
Warranties cover manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear or misuse.
You have 24 hours after receiving your order to notify Libertad Menstrual if the product is defective. After this period, it will be understood that you are satisfied with the products received.
It is essential that you keep any product suspected of being defective, as it must be returned to our warehouse to be covered under warranty.
