LOW ABSORPTION:

If you have a light flow or are in the final days of your period, this option is for you. Ideal for prevention or for the last days of your period when you don't need much absorption.

Holds the equivalent of 2 tampons approximately.

MEDIUM ABSORPTION:

If your flow is more steady but not too heavy, medium absorption panties are perfect. They will give you the comfort and peace of mind you need.

Holds the equivalent of 4 tampons approximately.

HIGH ABSORPTION:

For those heavy days when it feels overwhelming, high absorption panties are your best ally. They keep you dry and secure, worry-free.

Wash and dry your menstrual panties properly to extend their lifespan and maintain their effectiveness.

Step 1 - Rinse and soak: Rinse them under the tap. This is usually enough to clean them later. If there are stubborn stains, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Use neutral soap and baking soda if necessary to remove the stains completely.

Step 2 - Washing: Wash them by hand or in the washing machine at less than 30ºC. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce their absorption capacity.

Step 3 - Air drying: Spread them out and hang them to dry outdoors or indoors away from heat sources. If possible, dry them in the sun, as the sun is a great natural disinfectant, but don’t leave them exposed for too long.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a tumble dryer. Heat can damage the absorbent properties of your panties. If necessary, use a low temperature.
