LOW ABSORPTION: If you have a light flow or are in the final days of your period, this option is for you. Ideal for prevention or for the last days of your period when you don't need much absorption. Holds the equivalent of 2 tampons approximately.
MEDIUM ABSORPTION: If your flow is more steady but not too heavy, medium absorption panties are perfect. They will give you the comfort and peace of mind you need. Holds the equivalent of 4 tampons approximately.
HIGH ABSORPTION: For those heavy days when it feels overwhelming, high absorption panties are your best ally. They keep you dry and secure, worry-free. Holds the equivalent of 6 tampons approximately.

How to wash your period underwear?Wash and dry your period underwear properly to extend its lifespan and maintain its effectiveness. Step 1 - Rinse and soakRinse them under the tap. This is usually enough before washing them. If there are stubborn stains, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Use neutral soap and baking soda if necessary to remove them completely. Step 2 - WashingWash them by hand or in the washing machine at under 30°C. Do not use fabric softener, as it may reduce their absorbency. Step 3 - Air dryingLay them out and hang them outdoors or indoors away from heat sources. If possible, dry them in the sun, as sunlight is an excellent natural disinfectant, but do not leave them exposed for too long. IMPORTANTDo not use a tumble dryer.
