How to wash your period underwear?Wash and dry your period underwear properly to extend its lifespan and maintain its effectiveness.  Step 1 - Rinse and soakRinse them under the tap. This is usually enough before washing them. If there are stubborn stains, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Use neutral soap and baking soda if necessary to remove them completely. Step 2 - WashingWash them by hand or in the washing machine at under 30°C. Do not use fabric softener, as it may reduce their absorbency. Step 3 - Air dryingLay them out and hang them outdoors or indoors away from heat sources. If possible, dry them in the sun, as sunlight is an excellent natural disinfectant, but do not leave them exposed for too long. IMPORTANTDo not use a tumble dryer.
