Daytime use:
- Change the pad when needed, depending on your flow. Typically, every 4-6 hours during moderate flow days.
Temporary storage:
- If you're out, fold the pad into thirds with the stained side inward and secure it. Store the folded pad in a waterproof pouch or fabric bag until it can be washed.
Post-use washing:
- Rinse the pad with cold water immediately after removing it to prevent blood from setting.
- Soak for 30 minutes in a basin with cold water and a few drops of tea tree essential oil for enhanced cleaning and disinfection.
